This Privacy Policy applies to the Sipleo website.

01 | The preamble

This privacy policy works in conjunction with the terms and conditions of use of our site.

For residents of the State of California, this Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If there are any inconsistencies between this document and state law, the latter will apply. If we find inconsistencies, we will amend our policy to comply with the relevant law.

When you visit and use our site, we may automatically collect and store the following information:

Data collected automatically (direct) with Mailjet.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and keep it in a list defined on Mailjet, to send you our marketing emails.

 

Data collected automatically (direct) with Tag Manager.

When you visit and use our site, we may collect and store browsing information in order to analyze it and adapt and optimize your customer journey.

 

Data collected with Smartsupp.

When you visit and use our site, you can contact us directly from the chatbot. If we are not online, you can leave us some contact details (name and email) so that we can contact you.

 

Data analyzed with Google reCAPTCHA.

When you visit and use our site, you have the opportunity to write to us whether via the contact page, partnership request or other. In order to sort and receive requests from real people, we have set up Google reCAPTCHA on our site.

 

Using Google Font and Font Awesome.

We use the services of Google Font and Font Awesome to be able to use Google-specific fonts on our website.

 

Use of IP anonymization with Google Analytics.

We use IP anonymization with Google Analytics to anonymize the IP address of each user.

  • When you want to become a partner (partnership);

  • When you subscribe to the newsletter;

05 | Where this data is stored

All data stored in our system is well secured and is only accessible to the publisher of the site.

We take every precaution to ensure that our user data is secure and that users are protected, there is always risk of harm.

Sipleo uses the following third-party processing companies:

  • Mailjet (sending newsletters),
  • Google analytics (website navigation statistics)
  • Google Tag Manager (website navigation information),
  • Smartsupp (online chat software),
  • Google reCAPTCHA (block bots and get requests from real users),
  • Google Font (use fonts from Google),
  • Font Awesome (use original fonts),
  • IP anonymization in Google Analytics (to anonymize IP addresses),
  • Google Analytics 4 (analyze website navigation statistics)..

 

Hosting

The Sipleo site is hosted by SDI ROCA, whose head office is located at 151 avenue Alphonse Lavallée, 83130 La Garde.

 

Minors

The GDPR specifies that persons under the age of 18 are considered minors for the purposes of data collection. Minors must have the consent of a legal representative for their data to be collected, processed and used.

The services offered by Sipleo are not intended for children under the age of 18. No user under the age of 18 is likely to provide information for our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a user under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information.
